ELEGY N°22
June - July 2002.

"Scarcity and intensity...

After the arrival of "Collection of Arnel Andrea" already two years ago, West Rock received another major formation of the French Gothic scene: Rosa-Crvx.
The last appearance going up with the Festival of Arcana in Spain in August 2000, this formation worship of Rouen more than was thus awaited (for their first service in the area).
One evening magic, placed under the sign of the aesthetic performance, in collaboration with the fanzine Cognaçais Twice, outgoing for the occasion its 19° number.

A date already worship in the eighteen years of existence of Rosa-Crvx, for a felted formula accepting for the first time the masterly bells of a chime (Hel Hel), in addition to the

traditional Automatic Battery Midday; explosive device rythmant environments of the strident guitars and the polyglot piano of Claude.
Olivier knew to carry during one hour and half a public - come sometimes by far - in a world taken down, dark and beautiful, imposing and fine, medieval and tribal (Omnes) on a bottom of video projection.

And then the explosion of the entrails, with the arrival on "Eli Elo" of the mackled ground dancers in the heart of an amazed public…

A single spectacle in its kind having known to adapt to the smallness of the place, and having allowed the fans like with the neophytes escaping in an infernal world, exploring the abysses human being...... while waiting for the third album scheduled for next September."
