The original part is initially modelled in wax.
Then this part is moulded to come out several other wax specimens from it.
The wax models are assembled by four and are joined by a network of chimneys to facilitate the casting of metal.
After casting and once separated, the badges must be filed to remove the metal barbs.
The badge is finished with a patina to arise the reliefs.
