… Not! really? We are very flattered!
… But not! The newspaper speaks about the history of the profanations of Toulon!

Difficult to explain what that causes… A kind of frozen trick which goes up entrails… That made of the months that we send to the last disc to the newspapers, the radios, the magazines, anybody does not answer except the fanzines… And there, a large newspaper like France-Evening, to which one never sent anything besides, finds the means of sticking to us in this business… It is completely nutcase!

One buys the newspaper, one acts in concert lengthily, one does not include/understand nothing… The following day glance at the France-Evening… New article full page on the business… A photograph of the Club or meet the "profaners" and this time it is our poster which one finds on the photograph…

There, short-nap cloth the bowl! One moves! Twice in two days that is enough… Ca been able the assembled blow! I call my friend Pascal Colé, journalist in Le Havre, to ask for council to him on the steps to follow… It puts to me in connection with the Agency France Presses, an appointment is fixed the next morning…

The A.F.P.... The journalist proposes photograph-installations in a cemetery to us…

A journalist and a photographer of the AFP are with go. Coffees… discussions… interviews… photographs… Well on they see my breeding of rats… I explain to them that a little special musical instruments are manufactured and that these rats actuate some of them… not on being well included/understood (I should have removed them, but the cage is too heavy!) Well on they see us equipped with black, one did not want to be disguised for them… "Why you are equipped in black?" etc etc. Later, the journalist launches us: "should make You foam the trick! To say things a little more in the "satanic" direction, that would make much more speak about you… What would you say to go to pose in the cemetery of the corner? Ca will make photographs concrete! "......... Oup' S! ......... Without comments!

How one had to expect it, following dispatch AFP, the reactions of the press break out, but nothing occurs as envisaged! The television news speak about a group which would be shown to be at the base of all! We receive telephone calls of all the draftings, interviews on line radio, kind "Hello, hello you are on line on radio operator thing… you are shown to be responsible for the profanations, how do you defend yourselves?" It is panic… The dispatch at summer taken of through. We wanted to nail the nozzle with this priest exorcist of extreme right-hand side which benefits from the situation to regulate personal problems and we find ourselves on the dock…

PROFANATION OF TOULON… SCAPEGOATS...... It IS US!!!

Following the various articles and television broadcasts diffused these last days concerning the so-called charge carried against the group Rosa Crvx, we make a point of clearing up many points left for account:

The group Rosa Crvx was never shown of anything concerning the profanation of the cemetery of Toulon, contrary to what at summer declared by certain journalists in search of titles with scandals to introduce their newspapers.

We had simply launched a call to protest against an article of the newspaper France-Evening of Wednesday June 12 and Thursday June 13 96 in which one read an interview of a fanatic Priest "Exorcist" who declared that guilty truths, those which influenced these young people, are groups of "declining" and "Satanic" Rock'n'roll. Among these groups were quoted The Cure, Chistian Death, The Sister of Mercy, Rosa Crvx, and of many others, in short all those which present a music known as New-wave or Gothic or it connected does not matter the terms, a music to which one can reproach for only being apart from the standards.

The group Rosa Crvx with then decided to react vis-a-vis intolerance and to hunting to the witch who carried out herself in this history while protesting by an official statement A.F.P., asking ironically where and when the bûchers were going to be drawn up… Without more information, several newspapers embroidered headlines showing this group to be mixed with the profanations with Toulon and to have encouraged them! One spoke about a charge carried against this group making disappear very from a blow the other shown groups of the finger… It would be time to rectify the shooting, because the hat is a little too heavy to be worn only by the head of Rosa-Crvx…

Being given that we were the only quoted French group, we felt somewhat obliged to react, thing which we regret bitterly besides! The next time that this kind of moyenâgeuse denunciation occurs, we will be satisfied to go to rather confess us to the church than with the press...... in an exorcist as long as to make!
